Option #2 all the way,
but 90% of people pick option 1, and sabotage anyone trying to pick option 2 and remove/block that option entirely…
(Because if someone like that shows up, it is a point of comparison for their bosses to see just HOW Much they are cheating/slacking off)
And while option 2 works hard, THEY spend MOST of their time plotting & scheming to take credit and backstab…
It’s why most jobs these days are all forced option 1 only.
All the option 2’s I’ve seen had hordes of option 1’s gatekeeping in unions & gangs & legalized (not)”criminal organizations”.
Or “Saturated” markets, where it IS possible to succeed, if you can create interesting style, quality with heart, and humble honest diligence.
