But I thought all constitutions were lucky gifts… obviously some would have drawbacks, but not one thats literally “You’ll die when you turn 18”

Wait a moment they said somewhere in the intro of tree that both space and time were chaotic and the tree controlled it . Which means beings con possess space and time . Which means dailga and palkia . Palkia has already grown upto level 40 but dialga hasn’t even hatched yet …………….

EVERYONE has a constitution…(if not they’d be dead)
They ALL have their own specialties…
It’s just that some are more common, and usually they focus on rare ones…
Or… specifically…
they only focus ones someone has PREVIOUSLY show, can become extremely powerful.
which has nothing to do with the rarity of the constitution… 
But everything to do with THAT constitutions requirements and adaptability in the specific environment they were born in.
Eg: too many people with similar = scarce resources faught over that those specific types need, more crabs in a basket effect preventing any 1 of them from getting to far above/ahead the hordes of others.
While the “different” one, has LOTS of resources they need, which are abundant, since nobody else can use them the same way for their techniques.
any “Problems” with a constitution, is merely a lack of matching techniques and available resources for that one.
& and no history of someone succeeding or perfecting techniques for it before.
If someone with a rare never before discovered constitution isn’t identified or in the right environment where they can practics it, then tbey can go while life ignorant undiscovered.

But if never allowed to cook, and poor, can’t even eat different foods…. because all their masters/lords want is exploitable soldiers & farmers at 90% tax…
All constitutions have associated cultivation techniques suited for them which are best when custom tailored.
It’s just that there aren’t many(almost none) who can recognize ALL types of constitutions AND know the appropriate techniques for them, or even able to custom tailor create one.
It’s not common, because the majority of constitution can still practice a variety of cultivation techniques without major obvious drawbacks or consequences…
(And their specific constitution has never been custom tailored)
As well as the majority of people don’t have;
anyone who cares…
who has the ability…
Or wants to spend time helping them find it, when “they’ll get by just fine with ‘hand me downs’ and ‘family tradition” (even if its wrong)
Eg: fire school kids parents want them to carry on fire arts, etc.
Only good/well off/lucky families can actually support their kids with their exact constitutions & matching techniques. Along with providing an appropriate environment & resources to train.
Eg: how yang appreciates not just chasing treasure, but the very environment he visits and natural resources Nobody else notices, allowing him to cultivate space force and others….
