So, people reside inside only rely on Source Crystal to survive, and Source Crystal is more valuable than anything (they use Source Crystal to cultivate). Anyone with the ability to keep their cultivation from regressed is considered to be lucky or good enough (most people are suffering from their cultivation being regressed). Breaking through is a no-no.
Source Crystal also cannot be found inside the Sealed World cuz of its strange world energy; if Source Crystal is exposed to the world energy, it will be dissolved, and thats the reason there’s no Source Crystal Lode here. In order to use Source Crystal, they have to use Spirit Purifying Arrays. The source of Source Crystals is to be brought in by newcomer.
And due to all of these reasons, mostly cultivators avoid fighting. Fighting would only be wasting their Source Qi, injuring themselves, and creating more enemies (they’re gonna live in the same place so). However, newcomer is an exceptional cuz newcomers more or less bring in more Source Crystal.
There is a place called Clear Sky Island where most people live, and major forces are all 3rd order Emperor realm masters who have been stuck there for years. Yang Kai will meet Bing Yun, the founder and sect master of Ice Heart Valley both in Heng Lou star field and Star Boundary.
Here dies a 3rd Order Emperor, an entity strong enough to be the Sect Master of a 1st grade sect, an entity only inferior to Great Emperors… no matter how handicapped he was, it doesn’t change the fact that he used to be an almost invincible existence in the Star Boundary.
This is the price to pay for forcing the MC to unleash his Ultimate :lolchik:
Was heavens severing slash supposed to be a soul attack with the soul splitting emperor blade? wasn’t it called something else before? or is a new attack with Myraids Sword?
if so, why does it look like he holds his head after, but the slash splits the outside water and “island” they are fighting at?
did they mix the two up somehow?
