A pathetic man upon a throne,
No skill or technique to call his own,
Lazily exploits strength of tree,
Power not his own, to bully thee,

Like childs charge with flailing hands,
Relying upon inherited family lands,
Dispicable tactics aim at not yee,
But target whom percieved near be.

Bystanders caught for relations loose,
Innocents braught to hang from noose,
Criminal path of easy evil,
People bled in masked upheaval,

Pathetic old man, has no strength/skills or techniques of his own…

Just lazily relies and exploits/wastes the strength of the tree to bully others and fight for him.

His only other tactics other than little kid charge forward flailing, was dispicable attacking his “family” and percieved relations around him…(those 2 innocent bystanders/witnesses)

aka, no confidence he even has enough strength, or too prideful to do it himself, or just too lazy to get off the throne, or to scared he might get hurt, or a bit of all of the above?

Keeping everyone in line via extreme public violence and / or banishment from the “safe” city.
