Unfortunately, I’ve encountered situations like this irl far too many times… mostly school, then few times at work.

Usually they get away with it, (and are used to that, is why they do it)

and fighting them results in both sides being punished, and Unfortunately in modern world’s shite system… even catching them on camera and being proven innocent, they aren’t punished at all and get a slap on the wrist or get away with no punishment “because its better to de escalate the situation” even if without that evidence it would have resulted in major losses…

The only way was to play pretend ignorance and falling for it, then exacerbate the situation forcing it so they take it to court, THEN show the evidence, and counter sue them for slander and punitive damages and defamation of.character to take them for years worth of their income… (still Unfortunately that’s basically also just a slap on the wrist for people with money) and then your stuck with a bunch of sore losers still around who harass you any way they can…

Is there really a modern day solution to it? Other than wasting hours/days of your life fighting a secret war with morons with no goals in life who have waaaay too mich free time and are so bored they waste their time harassing other people?

Read a book or some manga or anything productive or fun for gods sake…

Or is the only real solution then to become like them? And BE the aggressor who pulls shit like that because offence is better than defence?
