Why does the author keeps retconning the rank of his fire element? It can’t be both 7th and 8th at the same time lol or is there a problem with translation?

His dragon bloodline also has hidden techniques. The purer his bloodline, the more techniques he should be able to comprehend. This was already established in the star boundary arc.
9th rank fire element would have to be condensed from a 9th rank holy spirit or equivalent resource existance.
7th rank earth dragon was only a secret technique not a manifestation, is why it is less powerful. also defense technique.
8th rank golden crow casting the sun is a manifeststion so way more powerful and attack technique but costs more energy because it is stronger.
9th rank wood lets him use fire freely with no risk of self harm, manifestation not discovered for it yet. the current wood element passive/use is it boosts his self healing ability.

Also, if there’s 8th, then there’s gotta be 9th-rank materials. I wonder what those are.
So he can finally beat some open heaven fighters, progress is made. I doubt he’ll have all five elements before he has to leave this place though – that would basically make him godlike, and we know numbers don’t make up the difference, especially with YK.
My bet? he’ll get one more, and have four elements – he’ll be strong enough to beat a level three OP fighter.
Immortal tree is defo gonna be a kind of passive ability imo and the dragon bead will probably be an earth related technique hopefully something that can cause an earthquake
