I see so I’m guessing when someone tries to reach high rank open heaven a phenomenon occurs in the entire outer universe alerting the large forces so I’m sure everytime someone tries to reàch high rank they pull up to get rid of them while they’re weak

The situation (high ranks promotion not being allowed) is basically comparable to irl story debate…
Of electric vehicles, more than 10 & 20 & 30 & 110 years ago…
Multiple times, someone created a working electric vehicle, which worked better than gas vehicles…(or steam & hydrogen water powered)
They saw a problem the world had, and created a solution to fix and improve /help save the world…
Because they were people from outside the ruling class & noble families system, (only they are allowed to directly do it)
The monopolies used threats, blackmail, slander, sabotage, bribery, buying them out directly then destroying all prototypes or hostile takeovers, assassination, etc…
(yes the possible first one was made around 1912 and they even had electric scooters back then)
Which contributed to kicking off the first world war to secretly suppress the technology entirely.
But that’s all debatable history since they lost and “history is rewritten by the victors” but they still gloat about it by including the truth in the background in all the modern day movies and tv shows.
