they already proved they allow direct 7th rank promotion a few chapters ago, :gendo thinking:
And only hypocriticaly seem to stop ANYONE OTHER Than direct core diciples within the top forces from doing it.

inked people as we have seen will self detonate to prevent capture & information leak. So you can’t take everything they say at face value, since in an war…

(which have already been shown the high rank masters admit they don’t know much about inks inner/backline workings)

:knyfe: spreading misinformation to the enemy for tactical benefit and sabotage is a common tactic.

Eg: So we don’t know yet if being able to rise in rank with no limit is truth or a lie to recruit(get people to lower guard so they can be inked) especially if they don’t know they loose their free will when it happens.

no it’s not entirely true.

Mostly can only go beyond limit by 1 more level, but will be subjected to serious side effects and be much weaker.

But yes a 6th rank could reach 9th, but not in a good way, or a way people would chose if they were told the whole truth.

a 5th rank no 9th.

So wait guys…. Am i tripping or did i just find a huge loophole in the story? So these cave heavens and Paradises say that they are stopping everyone who wants to break through high rank open heaven so that the ink people don’t get to 9th rank right? And they also know that even a person who started from 6th rank or lower can break through 9th rank… Isn’t this stupid? If an ink disciple can break through 9th rank anyway… Then why would you fu**ing stop future heroes from breaking through 7th rank and instead make them your enemy by limiting their future????
