Short version:
My mind is busy elsewhere, stop bothering me.
Longer:
My attention is elsewhere, i choose to focus elsewhere instead of giving you enough attention to solve whatever is causing you to come bother me… here is bare minimum energy i can use to quickly express i that i am busy and refuse to connect/put focus/attention on you, leave me alone.
(The insulting part to most “people” is if it triggers one of the 7 sins in them if they haven’t cultivated the wisdom of emotional control & self understanding.)

aren’t bothered by middle finger in the least & can understand the other persons meaning/intent & then continue with their life happily.

If you stick to the “school taught scientific” explanation… it’s a finger made of flesh and bone on your hand and doesn’t mean anything because symbolic meanings don’t exist because they can’t be proven in science.
While high level science will prove the opposite, spirituality & religion & science are all the same thing when you reach a high enough level. But you only discover it when your study of all 3 reaches a deep enough level to see the connections.
