Like when someone who thinks themself a great cook, but only follows exact recipes…
Meets someone who is an actual cook, and uses no recipe, just looks at ingredients, and uses all of them with no waste, and adjusts the cut, prep, spicing, cooking method, heat, timing, and dish all by feel/look/smell/taste/sound…
And the food they cook always turns out amazing & tasty, vs the former who has 30% or lower success rate and lots of waste & unused ingredients.
