Alright which moron planned this, the portal user should never be locked down to a single enemy. it guts the teams mobility for both advance and retreat. The best use would be to have the one that can turn back time and the teleporter to not directly engage at all as they’re the greatest support and would be able to support anyone, anywhere, almost anywhen.
