Her powers are moth based right? Okay, simple fix: Leave a pile of damp sweaters on the street corner for a lure, and when she gets close, light a fire, she will circle it, zip around like crazy and eventually self-immolate. Problem solved.

This is getting annoying. If the plot with that little “reincarnated” ***** doesnt end soon. I might drop this. I wanted some leightwight comedy. Not her :/
