The story has really gone downhill in the recent arcs. It’s just constant repetition: a new opponent, new beautiful women falling for him, maybe a treasure hunt, and of course the MC always wins in the end.
There are no real surprises or challenges for the main character; he is always vastly superior, even when at a lower cultivation realm, and no one can truly stand up to him.

In the early arcs, the MC employed some creative schemes to outmaneuver his enemies, (partly to gain more Luck) but that aspect has since fallen by the wayside, and he now simply overpowers every opponent quickly and easily.

All the women are there purely for fan service (featuring almost identical ass shots from behind) and there are so many of them now that the earlier ones barely even appear anymore. As a reader, you can’t really connect with them and you even end up forgetting their names After an arc, you might get a few glimpses of his sister or fiancée (which is a shame) and then it’s straight on to the next hot new woman.

I’ll keep watching for a bit longer to see how things progress, but if there’s no improvement soon, I’ll drop it.
