It’s kind of failed kingdom. Corrupt nobles and knights and no control over the country they own. No system to detect that they pick a court mage that is 6th circle but cause of artifacts make him 7th circle. We dont really know about the situation with the knight as how they pick him over the spear saint as that seems like he was picked by this 6th circle fake mage family with their money power. Kingdom royal family also dont show any signs of caring their civilians so why no other country take control over their territory ? Empire should just give it to competent neighbors or something.

Just curious what exactly is it that makes him have to go down and fight them?
Last time Luin dealt with traps, he just punched through a wall. This might be fun.

Ah… like father like both of his sons, eh? Using artifacts because their talent is not enough and fk hard work I guess
