This is such a terrible premise, he’d make a fantastic backline supporter with that skill. Keeping the casters from catching debuffs and keep them safe while the front line did tons of damage. Hell he’d make a good scout too. This is why a lot of these, I’m immune to setting specific shenanigans are super bad. They need the character to be useless at everything else and everyone to be super awful to get to the awkward power fantasy.
