for the people saying he is stupid, he did think about the situation as shown this chapter
(also in writing a story it is common knowledge to not make the mc overly intelligent since it can turn bad in 2 ways it can turn into a situation like the superman problem where they say the character is really smart and like a super computer but when it is time to display this since other characters like batman exist it makes it so superman is only said to be very intelligent but acts like a dumbass or it could turn into a aizen power trip manga where they basically state that “I expected exactly what you would do” as a way to lazily display the overwhelming amount of intellect.
