the one stated in the law that it is pardonable if murder in self defense only applicable if you ACCIDENTALLY killed the guy when defending yourself.
intentional retaliation and revenge murder like the one here is wrong.
you should call the police to get your justice.

heck, if you think ppl should get death sentence for your revenge, you need to tell your parents and elders that we need to revert back to original law. the current law that almost abolish death sentence in many countries was passed for various ‘moral’ and ‘legal’ groups/movement that advocate various human rights bla bla. it was done AFTER deliberating with all parties.

so you kids who act due to your hot blood temper should quit it and seek treatment.
i really mean it since it is worrying that many use ‘retaliating a punch with another punch’, or ‘an eye for an eye’, to justify the revenge murder. that’s wrong.

even psychopath murderer don’t do that. they kill because they want to. they don’t lie to themselves giving various noble reason.
