I think the mangaka is intentionally giving her yandere vibes sometimes to drive the readers into paranoia to make the story more interesting. If that’s the case the mangaka sure uses some advanced narrative elements.
She wants to go to the end of the dungeon, she knows he wants to leave but has terrible sense of direction. Therefor the best thing for her to do is agree with him every time, he’s going the wrong way for himself, but the correct way for her.
