I guess this basically increases mcs level cap. His stats are at 5 but his strength is still the same. Like mc couldnt level up anymore, his stats were max / 999. However now his former max stats are 5 and can again increase to 999. So if mc turns the 5 into 10.Its basically strength: 1 998.
Though thats literally just my guess based in basically nothing
I forgot that the dragons are strong even in the Central zone
