Hot take: dragon is blue lizard from previous chapter all grown up, and robe is the robe of the green witch. Green witch accidentally destroyed her world, created the system and tutorial to prepare MC to save his daughter from destroying their world, unlike how the green witch had no help to stop her from destroying hers.
