You gotta love how there is nothing the MC can even do to prevent anything to happen. The misfortunes are set in stone and the more he try the faster it come. The best he can do is maybe prevent the misfortune to have too much impact, the rest he can’t really change due to this thing is on the whole world scale.

The fact the “knight” turned himself into a demon in order to hunt what he considers “evil” is absurd, guy was nothing more than a delusional zealot who deserved a lot worse
