guys i would like to point out that when cody was interrogating one of the guys with a truth serum in came out that justus was one of the people who advocated for his execution… why would he tell some innocent little girl that he is an evil mastermind who wanted to orchestrate a war so he could get living test subjects but some kid thwarted it and pissed him off so he used his influence to have him sentenced to death from the shadows and then use his authority to make himself look like a merciful man by saving him Infront of the world so he can use him as a test subject in place of the ones he lost
I guess the game doesn’t really show how Justus came to be the villain in the first place….bro seems to be just another scientist looking at opportunity for reviving old research
