The people did get killed by the disaster at the end, but she definitely kill some to get her “star killer” title and stats, the guards on the gate from before call her “mad woman” but didn’t respect her like underlings, they just fear her. Use your noggins there’s a backstory to be told… Don’t judge everything immediately popcorn brain.
