My Gift LVL 9999 Unlimited Gacha - Chapter 203
Comments for chapter "Chapter 203"
OK, now I REALLY getting annoyed about some “critics” .say anything, Forget about them not reading the source materials (I don’t think they do even after given chances to to so), I don’t think they are ever bother to reread the panels.
I did say that the Demon Kingdom Saga but the Summit Arc is focusing more of Lilith over Light. “Wasted time”, people? Somebody is prone in act like both Nano and Oboro for expecting shortcuts. Also, no purpose? Have they not read Clowe’s attitude that doesn’t make any sense lately until now? This new saga is about sibling rivalries . Hence, the reason why i said the “Seven Steps Poem” plays the most important metaphor about siblinghoods in the series.
Let’s be honest there: With the Undertaker King’s LVL9999, do the folks really think any fight against him will last at least 5 minutes? I repeat this again that many of Light opponents he faced were arrogant pricks whose hubris were from their egos. Ergo, most fight rarely ever get pass 5 minutes, with a fight against Daigo was only 2 minutes at best, whereas Nano was the first fought Light twice and still lost, with both duels were barely 16 seconds when combined The only exception in this rule is Chaos who fought Light in hours and accept defeat, or the Mythology-Class Snake Weapon that forced him to rethinking strategies.
If anybody looking for a battle in this arc, then sorry it is too early, The true physical battle can be only found in Demon Kingdom Arc of the Demon Kingdom Saga.
Lemme ask some folks a REAL question here about “fillers” :Can’t you all point out which one was the beginning of the new arc? Chapter 200 was actually a manga adaptation of one LN’s EX Chapter, meaning one of LN’s own actually of the original LN series and it now made official epilogue. It has to start somewhere.
- Chapter 201 is the official beginning of the Nine-Principality Summit where a meeting between Lif and Ellie
- Chapter 202 primarily focusing on the royal siblings argument and only Clowe/Claw was against
Had both Clowe actually go outside the royal palace, he of all people should understand why many humans support the Tower Witch and her “Absolute Human Independence“…
The whole “battle” is barely even the main focus of this chapter (whoever ranted about it as “filler” need to actually reread the). Instead, it is all about is Clowe’s attitudes over a rejection by Nemumu and then blaming “Dark” for his predicament foreshadows his future villainy. The so-called “test” is rigged right from the start and out of three of his three strikes, the thrid one should be the main focus because his father told him about the importance of integrity just last chapter ago! Even Miki refused to break her deal with Team Abyss and try to moderate herself while she still can. Heck, one of Light’s virtues is keeping his word as the result of his party never did.
Now, the demon mage trio’s ‘ gloating about their powers while mocking Light as “inferior” is nothing new because past villains also said the same thing. I mean, I can list all of them if people wish. The 5 traitors? Kyto? Yudh? Soul Dragon? Daigo? If Light has to count villainous mockery and gloating, that would 600 right now. In anything, I am more concerning about their preference in mocking people: Commoners. Other races’ discrimination against humans are jus usual news but the demon hated the commoners? Better explain why Clowe hired these guys despite said guys hated humans? (WN version see sincerely hope that is not some stereotype about demons care about social status.
Also, it is some what curious to see if Nemumu is dressing the maid costume, do you think she would ask permission from the fairy maids or Mei and Ice-Heat?
What the hell was the point of these 2 chapters?
There’s “aura farming”, and there’s just………….Pathetically trying to remind the audience, for no reason, that the MC is the MC.
WTF?
Yes, the whole point of this story is for the MC to curb-stump others and bask in the turnaround, but this entire situation was so contrived it just serves no purpose. This is filler.
There are some differences between the WN and LN versions. Additionally, the LN contains a scene that was omitted from the manga adaptation.
In the LN, Clowe proposed testing only Dark rather than the rest of the party. Lilith questioned this decision, asking why Dark was the only one being tested. Clowe replied that he was concerned about a child’s ability to protect Lilith. Lilith immediately objected, arguing that Dark was actually the strongest of the three. Clowe and the Northern Wind Demons simply laughed. While the Northern Wind Demons were trash-talking, Dark used Appraisal on them. All of the demons were level 1000, and their mage was carrying an Epic-class Whirlwind Staff. Aside from that, none of them possessed any noteworthy equipment.
good thinking thats just a whole lot of nothing ‘page filler’
the brother’s face is hilarious haha
Kind of a waste of time to have to show off against a nobody character of a prince, if we are barely going to see him again. Unless maybe the author plans for him to have a role in the future?
he definitely has ties with the elves. or at least that annoying blonde rogue elf. one of his subjects?
See? Told the world that Nemumu will reject Clowe/Claw due to the prince’s overreaching attitude and yet, the prince refuses to let go due to his grudge. Remind me of a certain somebody who REALLY getting iffy about everything I said here despite not reading source materials (LN and WN)
Anyways, Clowe/Claw has made three main mistakes
Strike 1-Insulting “Dark” in front of Nemumu which making the rejection all the more solid.
Strike 2-Forcing the . A rigged test, if I add something because the opponents is Lvl.1000 each and all of them and one of them . Heavily foreshadowing the demons’ depravity right there.
Strike 3-Putting tantrum when “Dark” passes the test and accusing him of cheating. Remind me of a certain a certain elven half-blood who keep proclaiming that he was a “future hero”.
About Strike 2
In the LN version, Clowe/Claw actually whispering one of the triplets about something which Light suspects as the prince’s evil attempt to get rid of him. Not that the triplet say something but their gloats already giving him some hint
In the WN version, Clowe’s own elite soldiers fighting “Dark” instead, 3 foot soldiers who hold their own sword and shield and two archers. The result is the same and prince also ranting the same as well,
Congrats to the Northern Wind Brothers for becoming a part of Light’s infamous Streak. 17-0, dare I add. Under 3000 Microseconds.
Here is the real question readers should be even asking: Where and how did Clowe/Claw ever paid these triplets to deal with “Dark”? Did Voros paid him to hire these three clowns or something?
- Clowe’s nobility arrogance will be displayed within the form of both Voros and especially Diablo , heavily hinting about demons’ The only difference is that Clowe’s nobility status is low tier
- As the result of his paranoia,
- The Northern Wind Party’s quick defeat by Light’s kick also foreshadowing Diablo’s own defeat to Light. Only faster. Like 2500 nanoseconds fast. Resulting Light’s win streak of 22-0.
- The scene where Clowe sits down while Lilith is standing also heavy foreshadowing that the sibling’s rivalry for the throne will gets even darker, even after Lilith herself is elected as the new queen of mankind while Clowe is now under house-arrest and get imprisoned at the tower.
The prince is a bit of an egotistical idiot. Maybe Light should make that moron disappear.
yeahh her brother needs to die his part of the problem and probably in bed with the demons…. better to nip it in the bud
If he’s one shotting three A rank adventurers with one kick, does it really matter if he’s holding a staff or sword?
Also, the prince is real mouthy for someone within kicking range.
OK !! Human males are so pig headed. One decisive victory was not enough?? Good thing that his sister arrived on time or else!!
