OK, I think I need to remake the previous one but you can’t deny that this chapter will going to foreshadow something major during and especially after the Demon Kingdom Saga, and it will split in three. This is part 1
Anyways, the chapter is Light’s commentary about mankind’s woes while on-route to the Principality of Nine. Nothing new for the Undertaker King to say this but let’s say that visiting the royalty (not Lilith) may prompted him to understand more about humans got their woes-considering his own personal experiences. While Port Liden’s workers are just a living examples about overworked people who can get replaced at any time, lemme remind people that even Quornae (the rich girl Miya befriended) is not immune to mankind’s discrimination and prejudice for who she is. And this is despite her talents in magic and she is coming from one wealthy family too (but not having the prestige like Lilith)
Had the old king and especially Clowe/Claw (as well as other human aristocrat who are either his supporters or cliques in his inner circle) actually go outside and meet with the people outside the , maybe one day they should understand why the Tower Witch and her “Absolute Human Independence” decree is highly favorable for most humans-especially who were finally free from the narcissistic long-ears of two colors and savage furballs. Readers should know the story by now because those very commoners whom Clowe belittled were the ones who generated his gold pockets by being sold to other nations!
Given said experiences prior to and especially during the Fake Master Incident, it’s only make sense for Light to support Lilith as much as he can because not just as his gratitude for treating Yume well, but also the only royalty who at least trying to make changes, all the while maintaining his two original revenge quests due to the two tragedies that forever changed him. Unfortunately, as even Light acknowledged, not all humans are innocent and even helpless because even they are not immune to evil. No, we’re not talking about the Masters whose own overpowered levels has rendered their own humanity hollow (sans Kaizer, Hei and ironically Miki), we’re talking about some villainous opportunists who really don’t care about their fellow humans as long they can get profits from it. The rule is simple: Whoever do evil expect all consequences are equal.
- The one group of human bandits sold Kavaa some “humanoid merch” is one of many examples of villainous humans and these guys are everywhere and they are extremely antagonistic towards Ellie and her “Absolute Human Independence” more that Clowe because such decree is ruining their business.
- Then, the spies. Yes, they may be forced to do espionage work for whoever forced them to do the dirty work but these poor saps don’t even know if those who forced them to become spies kept their word of freeing them, nor their motivations Nono seemly the first and only one who seemly both noble and cruel because the exact bonds with Lilith. With Lilith as Lvl. 100 after her secret training, however, nobody can hurt her because their weapons are like metal toothpicks
- Remember that one Human who got banished for getting too touchy with one Fairy Maid back when Miki still infiltrating the Giant Tower?
- And then the Church of Goddess. The organization may be mankind’s best hope but their fixation on consolidating their power in Nine made them one of the most neglectful organizations for disregarding those who need help outside Nine. Mr. Beagle (Bam) may be a villain but even he was not pleased with the organization , thought this is more a scorn for humans. And I don’t think even the old king want the church to station into the country for some reason. All I know is the rise of Towerism only foreshadowing it’s heated rivalry with Team Abyss.
We just have to see where this is going.
I’m probably just a dumb dumb but when was it that they had diablo as their next target? was it from interrogating miki?

Some people like Horlicks (of course, the recurring hater) REALLY loathe me for saying just about anything here, don’t they? You telling me that those people who hated my commentary and analysis about certain chapters through panels are the type who willing to spend more time on react comment instead of reading the context or at least say something meaningful or at least see what’s from certain panels . Like, it’s been 12 arcs already and not many people remember much?
Some much for people who trying to “ignore” me while calling name and yet decides to be coward by not have a conversation and doing the downvotes which only proves my point about nobody is paying attention of anything. I personally cannot comprehend for those who continue to do the downvoting despite they are too lazy to read ANY of them, like dude. You already choose to read the moment you do the downvoting, pals? If the answer is “obvious”, then I demand people to say something. No response means it’s better to keep the silence better than reactions without thinking or reading.
The same people who has issues with Miki in everything never said nothing about Nemumu’s cheerleading for Light while refuses to at least accustomed with the Surface World? After all the journey they have been? All the while neglect that other Masters did more atrocious thing than Miki? It is some of the readers who don’t understand the story more than me “belittling” people who can’t get a clue.
Had those people actually spent 23 minutes per day to actually read the source materials diligently, or at least stay focus on the panels in each chapter and see what’s up, all the while using some personal POV to see things, maybe they see a little bit different. In al seriousness, savor the chapter of calm while people can because I am telling you that the entire Demon Kingdom Saga is the longest of the whole series and the Principality Nine Summit Arc is only a prologue arc for this arc. What’s coming next and even forward will be a LOT of heartbreak, mind games, broken and even more villains’ arrogance that everybody should be familiar with. the remaining three of Team Goh will going to show, especially with Goh who was possibly the reason Hiro knew about what happened to both Daigo and Miki. If people still think Miki is evil now? Maybe the Demon Kingdom Saga will see what lines even Miki will not cross. Feel free to disagree but I think people should know that Masters like Gira, or Doc or especially Goh who even more damaging than Miki herself, and both Voros and especially Diablo are even more evil than people realize
One have to wait until at least Summer 2029 or Winter 2030 to see the end of the Demon Kingdom Saga (covering the current running summit arc whereas the Demon Kingdom Arc is where the REAL battle will begin) and it has one of the most consequential arc in the series. Yes, it is THAT long (like, what? Does Google search or wiklpedia too much for those people who complain about almost everything?)
The “Seven Steps Poem” will play a HUGE role in both Demon Kingdom Saga and later the Centaur Civil War Saga, as the known two of the Scion Trio had NOT have the same bonds with their respective siblings like Light has for both Yume and Els. In fact, knowing that the 8 traitors are selfish pricks who more about themselves, they will going to take the sibling rivalry to an extreme degree . Assuming if people even know what is the “Seven Steps Poem” actually is. Any questions?
