Stain is the one idolized the concept of Hero the most – the one that helps people selflessly and expect nothing returns.

What he couldn’t tolerate was the commercialization of “Hero” – as least from his perspective. That was why in the battle with Iida, Todoroki, and Midoriya, he berated Iida acting out of his vengeance and thus ignoring the rescue of the other hero victim, while he intentionally avoided fatally injuring Todoroki and Midoriya for their heroism.

So while going down the wrong way, you could say Stain’s ideology of a hero is the most spot-on in the entire series.

Stain kills heros but mainly heros that are worth killing if all might was at full power he would have tried n kill him but since all might is at 0 he doesn’t see all might as worth killing (thats my opinion let me know if im wrong)
