They set this up the same chapter they got caught. Just like they did about Eri-chan giving Lemillions back his quirk. Anyone who says this is out of nowhere is blind. It was always a matter of when those 2 would show up. Also like that the lovely heart short-stack is the last panel we end on.
Now that that’s out of the way I’ll admit the chapters do feel like they’re getting shorter and the only interesting here is as always Shigaraki. Something bad is about to happen and Shigaraki is the key. So here hoping the next chapter is meatier. Because other then a pop-up short-stack and a molting Shiga there wasn’t much here.
