Since there are 5 chapters that are missing, I will say what happened here.
If you don’t like spoilers, don’t keep reading, there are other places where you can find the full 5 chapters.
Well, the “immortal” sage died, and it seems that she was a little happy to know that this time she was definitely going to die.
Also it seems like the MC doesn’t have otherwordly experiences, but he is the result of an experiment made in Japan to act as a substitute to nukes (because Japan will never produce, nor have nuclear weapons, and will never allow them to be imported) for the principle of mutual granted destruction (if you try to nuke a country with nuclear weapons, if that country also has nukes it will take you down with him).
A team of scientists worked on curses to try to have something to make it impossible for other countries to just nuke japan without retaliation and they ended up with Alpha Omega (you know the greek letters that appear at the cover of each chapter), which is the code name of the MC. The MC can kill everybody just by thinking about it, and the scientists had also confirmed that even if there should be a way to kill him it’s apparently impossible to do so because the MC will detect the killing intent and counterattack, effectively killing any threat to his life. The researchers wanted to give Japanese moral principles to the MC hoping that he wouldn’t just kill everything (and they apparently succeeded because on chapter 1 he didn’t want to use his power again).
The MC terribly lacks common sense because almost everybody was to afraid to interact with him, and it also seems like his power has “stages”. The MC himself sealed his power and because on chapter 1 he decided to use it again the 1st stage was released. It’s unknown how many stages there are and what would he become able to do if all of them is released, but the research team called him “the god who decides life and death” (even if he’s definitely human, with the phisical strength of a human and killing him should definitely be possible).
