Haturo was actually the closest to killing Yogiri (I read the LN) he tries to make Yogiri fall off a side of a cliff in the Demon realm (which immediately after a battle royale starts) but Yogiri releases his 2nd seal and kills the momentum so he doesn’t die to falling
