Well up till now mc has been P2W with items and equipment. Pride comes before the fall and it hurts even more when it’s a false pride you bought.

That’s what you get for thinking clearing level /lucky encounter is not part of you increasing your power
I find the MC both unsympathetic and uninteresting. The story fails in selling me on him properly, so far.
The setting is decently neat tho.
I feel cheated… perhaps even disappointed when I think about the potential this premise held.
Imagine the tension, the strategy, the sacrifice and the valour among many things we missed out because of this bs execution.
WE DIDN’T EVEN SEE A MAP FFS. I’m not dropping it however, it’s not bad just not as good as it could be.
