I was right about my assumption. Anna’s comes from a Margrave family which is two levels above Vicount Lawerence. So she and her family have a lot powerful influence. Only Royalty and the various Duke titles are above a Margrave which incidentally usually have a large army because they control territory that borders a different nation.
