I don’t understand why the four families did not surrender everything, including their lands and children, into the hands of the crown. MC has destroyed their noble power so justice is served, they have protected their people as he can’t attack the king. Better than losing lives and the king will probably give them life positions as they have useful connections.
And then MC doesn’t look so dirty when he makes money of his revenge

Ah, I was really hoping to see looks of despair and anguish across the faces of all the bullies. I shall just leave the punishment to my imagination and just be content that his friend is now healed and happy.

sigh, he did all of it for a just reason, Them scars that girl had was deep deep scars, Those basterd nobles deserved everything the Marquis did to them, I take back my words of him killing for a unjust cause.
