just for the info some “ghosts” aren’t ghosts like we imagine them western style.
some of them are physical with horror story behind ( in her case she’s probably a slith mouth woman or smth alike, yuki-onna and others this are physical too ).
So the “ghost” talking and sharing the rent is actually quite urban of her . =p
( no idea if this idiom translate well in english. )
