Honestly. It was more enjoyable that instead of seeing the mc we could see the waifu beat up those guys because she loves the mc. Wonderful

For a mage that studied magic, he sure is pretty dumb. Like he tested his magic after MC de-cursed him and he barely even made a flare and yet he attempts to use the same spell even when it couldn’t do nothing before

Somehow, they managed to take the satisfaction out of MC’s payback moment. The guy is completely overpowered, but only threw one blow? The win really goes to MC’s would be girlfriend (if the guy weren’t clueless). That was okay, I guess.
It would be more satisfying if the author emphasized MC’s growing strengths instead of portraying him as inadequate even at his strong points.
