My S-Rank Party Fired Me for Being a Cursificer ~ I Can Only Make “Cursed Items”, but They're Artifact Class! - Chapter 32.2

I’m a few chapters late, but this has been bugging me a lot. If all three lasses are well aware of how strong Guile is & how much he underestimates himself, why don’t they let him know? He sliced that Behemoth’s head off, then sliced through it’s body. He can easily tame the scythe used by what is probably the Grim Reaper, and can hold it without being cursed. Why aren’t they telling him how high his potential combat ability could be if he used that scythe & paired it with all sorts of special cursed tools catered towards himself, increasing many different abilities as well as granting himself powers?

If they simply guided him to what would benefit him in terms of power, he’d be an absolute unit with that scythe, an S+ Rank adventurer, for sure. But instead, they keep silent about it and keep letting him think he’s mediocre at best, and no good for battle; aren’t they meant to care about him? Even worse, the one who’s meant to be most smitten by him just calls his tools creepy, which is exactly what the Wolf Pack did. I can’t remember one time where she actually properly praised him as an artisan/artificer. At least Gimli & Shana have on one or two occasions.
