Wow that’s impressively bad world building. “Yep here’s a gang that popped up from nowhere, kills everyone, has no motives, and has had their name spread despite leaving no survivors. And their members are hyper competent fighters in a world of totalitarian governments that track people’s very souls” I’m done. Also the art is aggressively androgynous.
