uh… I don’t know how to describe it but, I feel confused reading this chapter…
first MC is the pushover of the century
second they prepared the situation for MC to beat them, but it just ends up into a weird situation with the hooded guy
third either the merchant guy is very good at disguising/hiding emotion, or he can’t decide what role he’s supposed to be in this chapter (from passerby to adviser to scout to killer)
I can’t really feel the flow of the story… it’s like it seems to go one way but then it goes the other way but not really?? Anyway it just feels dissatisfying, I suppose…
I mean you could’ve but just didn’t. This is a pretty good story concept but could be even better with proper execution
