So…kinda like the Nazis and the Japanese experiments on prisoners although the Nazis and Japanese had no pure intention.

So, he used unethical methods (to put it mildly), but he got positive results. And he really wanted to help Eugene, maybe upgrade him to “2 strings” or better. *sigh* Sometimes, it’s better not to take shortcuts. 🤦
