Its not pron but just implied sex which demonstrates a general level of maturity not witnessed in shounen stuff.
But its just sex. Why wouldnt an adult couple who fight battles with swords not have intimate relationships as well?

Theres usually the sexual innuendo stuff, sure, but implied sex scenes that arent used for comedic purposes(like this one) adds that extra layer of nuance and authenticity that makes it easier to lose myself in the story and its believability.
MC keeps going after that maid and he’s gonna get murdered. I’m hoping it happens and the dragon knight takes over as the MC. An Iseki first, the horny NEET gets gutted by a real man.
