Good chapter all around, glad to see Haozi kept it real for what happened. Better late than never to realize his love for his family should be more important than his duties. Just glad that Xiaoxiao never found out, can say from experience it would’ve torn her apart.

Getting jealous of your son’s luck, badmouthing your daughter in front of your wife, then the creme de la creme, claiming your “wisdom” yet again in seducing her after she was ready to bring you back to the bedroom. Your idea of a punishment is a bit extreme there though Jiang He, your husband’s too stubborn to admit defeat, and I don’t think anyone sane would go for the Belle Delphine treatment.
Jin really is an adorable little booger though, she’s gonna be a real heartbreaker when she’s older. And her brother’s still gonna be a sweet fool methinks, but at least he’ll be in good company.
