to those asking what women used back then when they are in that time of the month, I can’t say for sure but I believe they use a piece of clothes like how our elderlies used to use back in the day.

If I had to guess, the “ABC” box is padsnor tampons…which then raises the question: what did ancient women use to do when it was that time of the month…?

Well, apart from the superhuman thing, just travelling to the future like that without even some spectacular space-time anomaly, is already an absurdity (though even with a space-time anomaly anyway LOL).
However, travelling back to the past is seriously impossible. The past doesn’t exist anymore by definition. In fact, we’re all travelling to the future at all time.
If she for example got suddenly frozen back then and got suddenly released now, it would feel like time travel, and still not mess with the laws of the universe. But going back to the past isn’t the same thing at all. All we can do is witness the past of very far away stars and planets because light takes time to travel, but there’s no way we can interfere with them.
She should (and probably will) forget about returning.
Stories about regression can be thought about someone suddenly getting memories from a potential future life that hasn’t happened yet. In the most realistic case, you coudl think about it as a prophetic dream and it doesn’t violate any law of the universe.
Anyway, if you consider an actual regression, then since the person will usually behave differently to change their future, then it means all the past you know from that point would be change, and the consequences could even be you’ve never been born. Meaning it’s a parallel universe starting from the regression point. In other worlds, sending her to her past with knowledge of the present times would mean you own world would cease to exist, or a new one would be created from that point. As a matter of fact, she probably wouldn’t even be sent to her own period, but to an actual other world.
There’s also the matter of the location, not just the period. No story usually cares about this point, but condidering the speed the Earth is travelling around the galaxy and the speed the galaxy itself is rushing through the universe, there’s no way the Earth itself would still be at the same location millenia ago, so ending up in the same country is already absurd.
These time travel stories are obviously biased from the start, based on very old and totally outdated conceptions of the world.
At last, H.G. Wells’ Time Machine was not “jumping” through time, but shielding the traveller from time in some kind of bubble while getting stuck on the ground, thus travelling along the planet relative to space, so, apart from the concept itself, it felt logical. Well, that’s the principle of science fiction vs fantasy anyway.
