Everyone is so bad toward him that the only friend that he has is a sword lmao
so i have caught up 
so if shes been spying on him this whole time, then how come she acted like she didn’t know him the second time and then told him not to come back killing him, it seems like she can escape at anytime. How is she even sealed? Is there a split personality or even maybe a fractured spirt, well when this gets more translations i guess (hope) ill understand whats going on.
theory time:
when you really think about it, I never seen anyone questioned how the yandere was able to give him the save-respawn cheat if she was allegedly in that ice prison or whatever. or in that case, if she has any hand in the village abusing him before ultimately thrown in the dungeon.
i guess the biggest question is why is she deadly in love with mc. she can destroy the entire world if she got ultra pissed.

That sword is parasitic not symbiotic. It is starting to slowly take his shape. If it ever becomes like him it may be able to replace his soul and use his body.
Either A: that sword becomes feminine and we all know where that goes.
Or B. It becomes pretty much human and the next time he wants to take it, it says nuh uh cuz my goal is done or something.
