So
ill use log(n) as a notation to write the base if a logarithm
so log(2) 3 = a
and log(3) 7 = b
these are given
log(3) x can be expressed as
log(2) x divided by log(2) 3
so, log(3) 7 gets us log(2) 7 divided by log(2) 3
so with that a times b = log(2) 7
the question asks us to express log(2) 14
but here, log(2) 14 = log(2) 7 + 1 due to the rule of logarithms
hence the final expression is simply, a times b + 1
