Doesn’t it seem like when she looked at the baby it wasn’t motherly love, I believe my theory might be right. The Eyepatch guy just killed the actual Granddaughter, and this girl is an imposter used for a trap
So…. Im just guessing, but….. That lady he just killed is probably the doctors daughter. If you think about it, she was holding the baby and seemed to really care for it. And yes it could be a Nanny, but why is the buff lady so pissed.
