im guessing either the kid from the future, or its the blade god trying to teach them a sword technique that can match his blade one so he can have a challenge and grow stronger. im assuming thats why the blade demon god left after cutting his arm off in the past, he couldnt grow stronger if he died, so he left hoping the lord would get stronger, only he died later on. Now the demon god has no competition
