Oh, good. It didn’t kill her cutting her in half. But I’m really not liking regenerating from wounds made by Feer’s swird. Every time you throw out something you’ve established in your story and just make it a lie you give people less of a reason to care about each element you add in moving forward. It’s bad enough removing the goddess from dvine power and making it a hereditary trait, but also “lol no the guys its most important to shut down the regeneration of, high power priests who can heal thenselces and others, can just brute force it lol.” If she did something like wound herself and cut off more than Simon did and then heal that it would be a cool way to show both her devotion to her mission and Feer’s regeneration suppression still working. But the author just ignored that aspect he brought into the story instead of writing around what he wrote before. Happy that this isn’t going to be “students save the school and adults are useless” though. That trope happens waaaay too often.
