It’s interesting that she’s making this decision because I doubt she can have it both ways. On one hand, she genuinely loves him and wants to be his lover; on the other, she intends to remain his subordinate and his knight. To me, these two roles feel fundamentally incompatible and cannot really be fulfilled together. I suppose that’ll be her struggle.
