Can mio`s amulet bypass or somehow make her immune to those polluted air?

Wait a minute. She can’t leave the castle because of pollution in the air, but except for that she’s perfectly healthy, right? Doesn’t that means, that if she get a recovery amulet from Mio, she would be completely fine outside? Sound like a perfect solution to me, and I bet that this is what’s going to happen later on

Seems like the actual skill given by the gods or whatever doesn’t prevent anyone from becoming strong on their own, so why wasn’t he just training like that before he found out about the talisment ?
