Tbh it looks like the author ran out of ideas when the mc got his revenge and the story is running on fumes at this point.

Slow updates and getting stale. That Drawing manga did something similar, where the fights scenes dragged so hard. We get it, the bad guys are really powerful and have a lot of guys on their side. Now bring in the MC and have him school them, as is only right and proper.
