So it really was like CrossCode.
That explains it. This particular system has the level scaling INVERTED, so it was actually in his favor as a perpetual level 0 instead of against him. Interesting play on our expectations.
That said, bets on how quickly and how hard he’ll blow his cover in the next chapter? 
So if the MC hadn’t rejected the Goddess’ proposal to give 1000x XP he’d be above level 20 000 
He should have just gone with it lol. But XP being fixed at 100 per level really makes those “Ah, I give you 100 times the XP you should have earned in the past 3 years all at once” really, really inflate the level.
In most RPGs if you had enough XP to reach level 21ish and got 100 times that… it might not be enough to reach triple digits, let alone 4 digit numbers
